Ms. Ferrera serves as the Team Leader/Business Consultant of Keller Williams Realty, Crescent City Westbank Partners Market Center in Gretna, Louisiana.  After 8 months into the real estate business was asked to lead the Market Center following the aftermath of Katrina.  In her first year, she experienced a 46% market center growth rate and increased production by 189%.  Keller Williams awarded the Market Center as “Best Turnaround Market Center” for 2006 of over 600 Keller Williams® offices.    Ms. Ferrera’s believes in community service which includes, Logistics Chair-American Heart Association Heart Walk, Classroom Instructor - Junior Achievement, President-DeLaSalle High School Athletic Club, and President and Coach for Harvey-Jefferson Parish Recreation Department.  Her most recent involvements include Women’s Council of Realtors New Orleans Metropolitan Chapter-Education & Program Chair and recipient of the 2007 WCR's Presidents Award.  She currently  serves with the Governmental Affairs Committee for New Orleans Metropolitan Assocation of Realtors, and is Chairperson for the Keller Williams Greater New Orleans Citywide Agent Leadership Council.
